I spent six years as a licensed residential appraiser and I understand the value of a property. I also have built new construction homes and have flipped over 10+ homes in Florida. Although I have only been in Naples full-time since the beginning of 2020, my family has owned property in Naples since 1996, and I have been here every year since then.
