Alfred Robbins Realty Group 3rd Annual Halloween Coloring Contest

Please read these Official Contest Rules carefully before entering the Alfred Robbins Realty Group Halloween Coloring Contest (the "Contest").

1. Eligibility

The Contest is open to children ages 3 through 12, divided into the following age groups:

• Ages 3–5
• Ages 6–8
• Ages 9–12

The Contest is open to eligible participants in the local community. A parent or legal guardian must submit the entry on behalf of the child.

Employees of Alfred Robbins Realty Group and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, listing agreement, real estate transaction, or use of any real estate service is necessary to enter or win.

Participation in the Contest will not affect a person's eligibility to receive real estate services from Alfred Robbins Realty Group.

3. How to Enter

Participants must color one of the official Alfred Robbins Realty Group Halloween coloring pages.

Entries may be submitted in either of the following ways:

Instagram Entry:
A parent or legal guardian may photograph the completed artwork and post the photograph from a public Instagram account. The post must tag @AlfredRobbinsRealtyGroup and include #ARRGHalloweenContest.

Instagram entries should contain a photograph of the artwork only. A photograph of the child is not required.

In-Person Entry:
Completed artwork may be dropped off at:

For in-person entries, the child's first name, age, and parent or legal guardian's phone number should be written on the back of the artwork.

4. Entry Deadline

All entries must be submitted by October 29, 2026.

Entries received after the deadline may not be considered.

Alfred Robbins Realty Group is not responsible for entries that are lost, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or not received by the deadline.

5. Judging

There will be one winner selected from each age group:

• Ages 3–5
• Ages 6–8
• Ages 9–12

Entries will be judged based on:

Creativity and attention to detail, with consideration given to the entrant's age.

Judging will be conducted by representatives of Alfred Robbins Realty Group. The judges' decisions will be final.

This is a judged contest and not a random drawing.

6. Prizes

One winner from each age group will receive:

One $50 Cone6 Pottery gift card

There will be three total winners and three total prizes, with a combined prize value of $150.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for another prize, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

7. Winner Announcement and Notification

Winners will be announced on October 30, 2026, on the Alfred Robbins Realty Group Instagram account, @AlfredRobbinsRealtyGroup.

The parent or legal guardian of each winner will also be contacted using the contact information provided with the entry.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, or if the entry is determined to be ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, Alfred Robbins Realty Group may select an alternate winner from eligible entries in the applicable age group.

8. Parent/Guardian Participation

Because the Contest is intended for children ages 3–12, all entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

The parent or legal guardian submitting the entry represents that they are authorized to submit the child's artwork and agree to these Official Rules on behalf of the child.

9. Artwork and Display Permission

By submitting an entry, the parent or legal guardian grants Alfred Robbins Realty Group permission to display the submitted artwork in connection with the Contest and Alfred Robbins Realty Group's community-related marketing, including on its website, social media accounts, and other promotional materials.

The Sponsor may identify a winning or selected entry by the child's first name and age.

A child is not required to appear in a photograph, video, or other image as a condition of entering or winning.

10. Privacy and Personal Information

Alfred Robbins Realty Group will collect only the information reasonably necessary to administer the Contest and contact the parent or legal guardian regarding an entry or prize.

For in-person entries, this includes the child's first name and age and the parent or legal guardian's phone number.

For Instagram entries, participants are asked to submit a photograph of the artwork only.

Please do not include a child's full name, home address, telephone number, school information, or photograph of the child in an Instagram entry.

Contest information will be used for purposes related to administering the Contest, contacting winners, and handling the submitted artwork.

11. Children's Privacy

The Contest is designed so that children do not need to provide personal information directly to Alfred Robbins Realty Group online. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for submitting an entry.

12. Instagram Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering through Instagram, entrants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for the Contest.

13. Sponsor's Rights

Alfred Robbins Realty Group reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.

The Sponsor reserves the right to reject entries that are inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, incomplete, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of the Contest.

The Sponsor also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make doing so necessary.

14. Compliance With Applicable Law

The Contest is intended to be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Florida's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services states that Florida's game-promotion statute applies to certain contests, sweepstakes and other promotions involving a prize and an element of chance that are connected with and incidental to the sale of consumer products or services. The Department also states that promotions with total prizes exceeding $5,000 have additional filing and security requirements and that the material terms of covered promotions must be disclosed.

Because this Contest is structured as a judged coloring contest based on creativity and attention to detail, rather than a random drawing, the Sponsor should have these Official Rules reviewed by its legal counsel before publication to confirm that the final structure complies with all applicable Florida requirements.

15. Acceptance of Rules

By submitting an entry, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Contest Rules.
